Who we are
Blinc Design is a Shopify development agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect through blinc.design, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact details you send us. When you request an audit or send a work brief, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, store URL and anything you write in the message.
Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread so we have a record of what was agreed.
Basic analytics. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. See the cookie policy for details.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested an audit.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are transmitted to our inbox and stored in our email system. Project work happens in the tools agreed with each client, typically Slack and email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
