The service
Blinc Design provides Shopify design and development services: audits, builds, migrations, theme development, ongoing development retainers and white label work for agencies.
Audits and quotes
The code audit is free and carries no obligation. You keep the report whether or not you hire us. Quotes are provided in writing and the price quoted is the price charged, unless the scope changes and we agree the change in writing first.
Engagements
Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work starts.
Our maximum reply time during an engagement is four hours on business days, and it is stated in the contract.
Retainer engagements can be scaled up, down or cancelled at the end of any monthly period unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to give us access to the store, code and content you ask us to work on, and that materials you supply do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the custom code we write for your project belongs to you. Third party themes, apps and licensed components remain subject to their own licenses.
Liability
We work carefully, test before shipping, and stage risky changes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Reviews and portfolio
Client quotes shown on this site are from verified Shopify Partners reviews. We show store names in our portfolio only where we have the right to do so, and we remove any reference on request.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new engagements from its date.
